Matt Ulmer lives in Watkinsville, Georgia with his family and is currently registered as Land Surveyor # 3069 in the State of Georgia. He graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying and Mapping in 2003. A native Georgian, he has more than 17 years of experience in the field of land surveying. He has performed numerous boundary and topographic surveys ranging from small residential lots to large contiguous tracts. He is experienced with ALTA/ACSM standard surveys as well. He has performed construction layout for several types of infrastructure in the Athens area. Matt understands that developing and maintaining relationships with clients is part of being professional and successful. He prides himself on being responsive to the needs of his clients and delivering timely and accurate services to them. A “hands on” business owner, Matt writes proposals, performs the field work, draws plats, and tracks the progression of his projects. He is knowledgeable of the legal aspects of land surveying, as well as the new technology that has recently transformed his profession. He is a proud member of the Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia.
