Baseline offers construction layout services to ensure projects are built accurately and according to plan. With multiple field crews operating daily, the team provides staking for buildings, roads, and site improvements, along with foundation and site layout to guide construction from the ground up. Ongoing layout support is available throughout the project to maintain precision and keep everything aligned.

This includes construction plans and site plans, as well as hydrology studies to address drainage and water flow. The team also offers pond design, septic plans, and soil surveys to ensure each project is properly planned and meets local regulations.
